Our projects
Belas Artes Rio
Along the Tagus River (Portugal), seven strategic cities will host floating gardens, vibrant cultural stages that integrate environmental management, artistic excellence, and civic engagement. In close partnership with the Municipal Chambers, each location will become a hub for Fine Arts programming, ecological education, and community events. As well on Lagos (aka: Lakes), Conceptura replicates the concept of Belas Artes Rio to this new reality that consists of the lakes.
Conceptura brings the acclaimed Belas Artes Rio model to Belas Artes Lagos, adapting the concept to the unique context of the city’s lagoon system. This initiative, referred to as Lakes, reinterprets the successful framework of Belas Artes Rio for a new geographical and cultural reality defined by interconnected waterways.
Wherever feasible, Conceptura will assess and integrate existing infrastructure and equipment across the various lakes, proposing optimized solutions that enhance the current landscape while respecting local conditions. This approach ensures sustainability, cost efficiency, and a seamless transformation of the present scenario into a refined and innovative cultural and commercial destination.

Jardins da Musica
A model of inclusive music education and cultural revitalization through the adaptive reuse of Portugal's historic bandstands. These structures, originally designed as civic spaces for public culture, currently represent a largely dormant public investment. At the same time, Portugal faces significant inequalities in access to arts education, particularly affecting low-income families and citizens with disabilities.
‘Jardins da Música’ aims to transform these underutilized heritage assets into permanent centers for multisensory music education, using innovative synesthetic technology that translates sound into light and vibration. This initiative aligns with national priorities in education, inclusion of people with disabilities, digital innovation, cultural heritage preservation, and territorial cohesion.
The program is designed as a public-private partnership model in which municipalities, the national government, European funds, corporate sponsors, and families jointly support an integrated system that is financially sustainable and socially transformative.

Global Innova Link (GIL)
Global Innova Link (GIL) aims to establish a permanent European framework for innovation governance that transforms academic research into measurable societal and economic impact. By coordinating universities through shared proof-of-concept validation, harmonized intellectual property standards, and distributed infrastructure, GIL will strengthen Europe’s strategic autonomy, promote cohesion among Member States, and position the European Union as a global leader in ethical, human-centered innovation.
GIL operates through three integrated components:
Rotating Host Campus (4-year cycles)
Permanent Scientific Node Network
Proof-of-Concept Pipeline

Soul Metamorphosis
Living Sculptures of the Desert is a visionary cultural and technological initiative conceived in Portugal and designed for realization in the partner nation.
It proposes a new form of living art:
sculptural structures in desert environments that change their form autonomously through natural forces and intelligent systems
The project is more than an artwork; it is a dialogue between two civilizations whose histories have been shaped by discovery, endurance, and transformation.
